Navigating Account Settings on Elastic Personas

Explore the ins and outs of navigating account settings on Elastic Personas effortlessly. Discover essential tips and tricks for managing your account effectively and optimizing your user experience to unleash the full potential of the platform.

  • Navigate to your name located in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Access your Account settings by clicking on the corresponding option.

  • In the Overview section, you can review your account details and upgrade your plan by selecting the “Upgrade plan” option.

  • Under Settings, you can update your company name and email address.

  • Navigate to the Subscriptions section to view your current plan, upgrade it by activating the button, and review the features offered by Elastic Personas on your plan.

  • Within Subscriptions, you can also manage billing by adding or removing billing email addresses for your account’s billing history.

  • In the Users section, you’ll find a list of current users.

  • To add a new user, click on the “Add user” button, provide the necessary details, assign a user role, and then click “Create Account”.

  • You also have the option to add users in bulk by entering details with comma-separated values, then clicking “Create Account”. (The user will receive an email prompting them to accept the invitation)

  • Upon completion, the user will be successfully added. Admin can manage the users accordingly i.e, edit the user, delete the user and change the role assigned.
